Westhaven is a not-for-profit organisation providing a broad range of support services to people with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Established over 60 years ago in Dubbo, it has grown significantly, offering services throughout Western NSW, including Orange, Bathurst, and Broken Hill. The employee base alone has nearly doubled over the past 5 years with approximately 900 staff, mainly represented by frontline workers.
