Challenge - Aged care client provider offering support services to several hundred clients within NSW and Queensland. The existing process for providing Home Care Package (HCP) balances could only be done on a monthly basis via email statement or via phone call with service coordinators involved involved in lots of manual back office work coordination.

Solution - HCP balance details get calculated from several different sources (CRM, govt portal and Service Provider calcs).
