Proactive monitoring of critical system synchronisation

Challenge: Employee data getting updated into the central HR system (system of record), is not accurately being reflected into other systems, most notably the critical rostering system, resulting in data inaccuracies and manual rework efforts.

Solution: Notification trigger setup advising a change in the source system of record. Lassio extracting new employee records from source and target systems. Perform a reconciliation of the dataset and calling out any discrepancies with a notification summary sent back to the HR team.
